You bring up great points. Perhaps the call was held too soon- it was delayed once by a week.
I don't know the logistics of a share transfer/retirement so I'll have to defer to others on whether it is the company not announcing it, not doing it, or if the transfer agent really can hold things up. If it's the company, then they flat out lied in the call when they said it was the agent.
They have been MUCH more visible on Twitter and with PRs since the call and after a few of us requested that they share updates more often. Its had little effect on the price, but their visibility is up for those following.
