Adijas.....you are correct. That is exactly what happened. Carepay holdings was the merger subsidiary (in these reverse mergers a subsidiary is often created and later dissolved) leaving Carepay Inc as the going entity. THIS IS the merge-in company http://www.carepayinc.com/ from the quick DD I did here. Congrats to everyone in this.....looks like you have a nice reverse merger with a great share structure.
