He is not wrong. As I have said before, berman has pumpers, we have IP. It really is as simple as that. He knows what he's is talking about. He has been right about everything related to test/agencies.

I too work in the healthcare industry. And, while I do not have the type of credentials that IP has, I have worked with the FDA on many submissions for approval. The EU and the FDA simply do not hand out approvals like candy for ANYTHING. In fact, they can be a real pain in the ass.
