Just by looking at the previous patterns on the weekly, it's likely to start moving up soon after about 8 weeks of decline currently. Also Stochastics are just getting oversold on the weekly and the daily Stochastics indicate upward movement in the range.

We've retraced over 50% from the high over a few weeks which it did a couple times before. William % seems close to over sold and should bounce like it did in September the Fast Sto as well. Look where they are now on the weekly and where they were in September. They should bounce here.

Also on this daily chart the MACD, the black line has risen up to the red and hopefully will cross over it this week and then head over the zero line. The CMF and accum/dist are also positive. And we did bounce nicely off of the 200dma on the chart so we've bottomed and reversed.
