You’ll be disappointed. No facts there. Really, all should get their own facts IMHO and not rely on other posters. But if one must. Just read through a couple hundred or so past posts. You’ll get all the info needed in triplet plus more. Do a little digging is what I suggest.

Sure. First of all, the article says that the company will be suspended in only a matter of time, not me, and it was published BEFORE the whole SkyFidelity Twitter debacle took place.

Second, the company has gotten "current" 4 times in the past 2 years. Every few months the YIELD SIGN appears and it stays up for a few months, then they get current until the next YIELD SIGN shows up. It's possible the next time it shows uo is after the Q2 filing in May, if history repeats itself.

Last, the SEC suspends current companies for many different reasons, including when they are found to have manipulated the pps, or allowed the pps to be manipulated. Recently, several companies have been suspended, because, "the SEC said certain social media accounts may be engaged in a coordinated attempt to artificially influence share prices."

The current issue, is that a subsidiary of the company, SkyFidelity, Inc, was pumping the company through the SkyFidelity Twitter account, but that account was not designated as an "Official" source to disseminate information from.

The pumping on that Twitter account caused pps spikes, and the company did nothing to stop the pumps, until they were warned it was illegal, on 2-11-21, and on 2-12-21, they filed to dissolve SkyFidelity, saying it was an Inactive company. Since 2-12, SkyFidelity Twitter has not mentioned the company at all, and now there is a disclaimer on the Sky Twitter page, saying it is NOT an official source for the company.

It should also be mentioned that all of the pumping done over the past years on SkyFidelity Twitter, has resulted in nothing. No products on the market, no revenue, nothing has developed for the company that was pumped on Twitter.

Complaints have been filed with the SEC, and whether they investigate or not is unknown. The actions by the company, as of 2-12, following the 2-11 notification they were acting improperly, prove they knew they were violating SEC guidelines.

Oh, and the difference between FACTS and Hopes, dreams, opinions, fake news, and BS, is that FACTS can be verified, the rest can't be. A little DD will go far on here.
