"TD Ameritrade requires all Equity Calls be met (T+5) three days after settlement (the fifth day after the trade date). PENDING MARKET CONDITIONS."

Fact: I didn't hear any statement that there are no short sellers in ERHC out of Canada without any qualifiers

Now I would like to hear a statement about what the typical margin call settlement period for short sellers in Canada is (other than TD Ameritrade's policy)

I find it incredibly disgraceful for any Canadian short seller writing an op ed in the wall street journal about ERHC engaging in "lying by omission" which we've already determined is still a lie. The two above statements, if I read them in the wall street journal, would certainly prevent my perception of the writer in the Wall Street Journal to be a total scum bag.
