Dude you're way ahead of yourself. OTC Nasdaq is not a full pledge Nasdaq. It is the OTCBB coming up from Pinksheets which means they will be a full reporting company. Once proven they are a good entity that can maintain its PPS above $1 for the entire year. Only then they can be granted to enter the full pledge Nasdaq company.
