Has another entity that Barry owned signed another license agreement with a company like Munchie Magic for 0.35$ in over ten states at ~60 locations?

I would be pretty surprised if Barry & Co. do not profit of current historic hype in financial markets and retail investing.
Why earning pennies when you can get dollars?
We all know the company maybe won't grow big in real sales, etc. but we also know it may well grow big in financial markets for a while if Barry keeps up with listing.
Discount Ad Brokers and Pinnacle were two fundamental steps.
