Probably because he scammed them and was told to get out quick before lawsuits

Front this is were he pull a bizright . He recognized
Revenue the last 2 quarter bc Sgmd paid for all the expenses .
Giving budcars all profits so jimmy can show revenues .

Jimmy will not see profit from budcars Bc jimmy stop the day to day operations .
He stop payments at 500 k which was fine when he grew the business and paid all expenses but
Jimmy must of stopped the day to day operations last quarter and stopped investing into
Budcars . Budcars had to invest their own money and took a lose leaving Sgmd with no profits .

Hopefully this is making sense Bc I'm tired . Lol

Note : jimmy will continuing making the payment Bc he has 4.5 million in cash
From last weeks investment .
Guys nothing has change except for jimmy don't recognize revenues
From budcars until they are profitable . Which could take a while but at least Sgmd won't show

Budcars plan is to grow the business . Great news for Sgmd Bc they will own
40 percent . No reason for them to f that up and not pay the payment and walk away .
Also CW really don't want to run the busy , he never did .
So Sgmd 30 percent option will be at a later date and mostly buyout budcars or CW

For budcars this quarter. .... What makes me think jimmy can't do it again .
He now has 2 companies . Nugs Ave 70 percent and budcars abt 33 percent .

Jimmy did nothing wrong here . Budcars wanted to grow the business and jimmy could keep paying
The bill .He is now a silent partner . Those revenues and profits will come our way at a later date by
Way of a buyout or Exercise his option . Now budcars will be the one grinding it out and using their money .
I believe this was a Mutual agreement . Now jimmy can focus on his business and show full profits . I believe one day Sgmd will merge companies . I believe this is the likelihood of their future . Best option for all share holders . Just go to take a little more time .
