LOL! What kind of company touts a bike collector/shareholder saviour and then fires her as soon as investors look into her past? A scam company?
There are four entries in the Florida SOS site for "Product Placement", all are Inactive.
Miss Ronnda's company address does have other companies listed in Suite 3 also. One inactive listing shows two DeAngelos, Gary and Stephanie. Could they be Mr DeAngelo's kids?

Now that saviour Ronnda is gone I guess the reverse split is back in play! Sure sounded sweet in the PR ploy that she cared about investors, unlike Management who have wilfully and wantonly withheld the most basic business information from investors since 2019! No filings!!!
