GBOX stock ownership breakdown

Greenbox LLC (Ben and Fredi) owns 58%
Other Executives, Directors, and board members own 8%
Generic Public owns 34%
Institutional investors 0%

We bought this stock because we saw potential in future growth, but none of the big boys are buying because "potential" doesn't show up on the bottom line.

So why aren't institutional investors jumping on right now and why is the stock pretty much stagnant at this price?

GBOX needs to release its 10-k and show growth in revenue and earnings.

1. The latest report Q3 2020 Shows revenue of -3.5M and earnings of -4M compare those numbers to Q3 2019 where revenue was 19.7M and earnings was -1.8M meaning our revenue and earning have declined over 120% from year to year based on the latest report. EPS is negative

2. Current report Q3 2020 also shows liabilities (14.57m) exceed assets (8.66m) basically making the Return on Equity less than 0% while the industry average is 12.6%.

3. debt to equity ratio in Q3 2020. Debt was 775K and Equity was -5.7M making the ratio -13.5%

#1 is the most important, especially since we had a Q4 of 134M in processing volume and 84M in December alone. GBOX also has a 2020 EBITDA of 12M meaning the 10k should show positive revenue and earnings which will drive this price up. Combine that with some PRs of deals they've been working on (aka Fiserv and Tier-1 banks) and we'll get everyone's attention
