'Blitz/Devil' - howdy... Your position brings about another past but yet unresolved set of issues....what was the 'court' restructured lease agreement after the 'chap 11' in 1999??(PBLS was not in good shape then) And what acquisitions made 1999-2003 may have used potentially convertible restricted shares... and are/have they a factor in the share count recently?? SC. ps. 'Shiz' maybe you can help me out here on tracking down that court 'info'...I am not good at finding somethings that should be found ...thanks, good day,eh....Peace Out. SC
