If we compare the corporate tax rates in Latin America -
Bolivia tax rate has been low -

We should although compare to our own tax system -
in North America and ex. the lower wage cost and
much less of red enviro. restr. bureaucracy of 666 rules
which US & Can has become much closer to the red
