It is very surprising that there is not more chatter on this board today. Today’s a big day. Granted, Moderna will probably file the opening brief and this process will drag on for months, if not years. But there is a chance that a settlement gets announced. There is a chance that the brief does not get filed signifying significant money being paid to ABUS.
