Schwab allows sales of SIAF, as well as most other thinly traded, OTC, pink and grey sheet stocks.
Have never had a problem.

TradeStation US does
And TD Ameritrade. But doesn't allow customers from the European Union. Or Canada. Or Australia. Etc.
