NOONE is shorting penny stock now or ever. IT simply does not happen. Tim sykes, Hedge funds, god and all others do not short penny stocks. The only possibility is insiders who have restricted shares and can somehow convince some shady outfit to allow then=m to do so. for most people it requires at least $2.50 a share plus 200%.
