Since FLR doesn't launch until a little later this year, what is trading is IOU's. They are exchange listed IOU's so they are standing good for them, they issued the IOU's so FLR could start trading now. As far as I know the only exchanges that trade FLR IOU's are Bitrue, Poloniex, and Giottus. But neither Poloniex nor Giottus allow US customers, and American citizens cannot trade FLR on Bitrue to comply with US regulations. FLR will launch later this year and a week later Flare Finance will airdrop DFLR to FLR holders, so there will be a few days window to buy FLR once it launches in order to accumulate for the Flare Finance airdrop.
