Ha! Rereading this thing. I called the guy one day, was about 11am in Toronto, he picked up and and sounded like he just rolled out of bed.

I wanted to ask him about a stock that he was president of, he was president of 50 or more at the time. He told me he never heard of the stock in question. AND HE WAS THE PRESIDENT ACCORDING TO SEC FILINGS!!!
