where did you get this figure from.. i got the 130,000usd of convertible debt under their last quarter filing

Total debt is about $130,000 with maturity dates ranging from 2018 to 2021 as per Quarterly Report June 30, 2020 , link below, Section B, page 8.

B. "Debt Securities, Including Promissory and Convertible Notes"

According to above report, the total debt/loan maturing in 2021 is about $28,556.
