The Trial isn't open to the general public, it's "Enrolling by invitation".

Also, go to clinicaltrials.gov and read the Inclusion/Exclusion eligibility criteria.

It's a very selective process.

The recent addition to two additional sites is positive in that the Trial is expanding, rather than being in stasis, or winding down.
