I actually didn't know the exact answer! :) you raised some concerns today and it got me thinking about some of the other milestones we have had to date and whether or not there are any other clues that I haven't thought enough about. the DSMB saying proceed to 3 is important, but I wasn't exactly sure how much of their evaluation was about risk vs efficacy.
