Agree 100%, Gr8 - I used to crush Ed over his missed targets and misstatements. To the point that he blocked me from his personal Twitter account while I was holding him accountable. I never imagined he would get his shit together, let alone get my trust back. He's delivered so far more than I ever thought and I truly believe he will continue to deliver.
