The general consensus says no they are not. Must of the chartist here say that they do not show any type of dilution going on. I tend to believe there points of argument.

Check-out post from Penny ta,BB player and Obi one Konobi, if memmory serves me correctly they all bost of accumulation. I tend to beleive them.
