I don't think Nasrat would do that. From the past CC,s sounds like he would rather use the cash to build up the fundamentals. Too many S/O compared to cash on hand. I do think a R/S is feasible. Run an EPS formula based on a 10:1 RS. A 20:1 would give us more sound footing. In the past I've experienced R/S that worked because unlike the OTC the NASDAQ board will honor earnings. Short of that I believe A merger is still a possibility. All said I believe something is brewing with the prolonged increase in volume. Have a pleasant weekend all.
