I agree, share structure updates daily and it seems Synergy (Ben Berry) owns over 5% of the shares outstanding per that January update. Looks like they got the vote and are moving forward.
This was a $40 Nasdaq ticker back in the early 2000’s. With only 5.2m OS, 4.2m held at DTC, a Delaware entity, this could be a very hot ticker for the right company looking for a small share structure and eventual uplist to a major exchange looking to come public.
Will be watching.
