It is impossible to calculate the # of C shares outstanding due to the fact that there is no reporting as to how many have been redeemed for commons (based on a formula they release when divis are declared) and there is also no information (THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIND) that says how many UK shareholders opted for the cash instead of C shares.
