Nope wrong again, First off the 93% voting rights is based from 10 billion common. Please explain to me how he can control 93% of the float when he would hold more than the authorized 9 billion if he converted them? Again your math is WRONG

Wei does not control 93% of common shares, he holds 93% voting rights based off of 10 billion shares
