i dont find that fair, but i guess life isnt fair..

imagine, your the CEO, your staying quiet, people start pumping on twitter and boom, all your hard work ruined...

that IS, if the company is legit.

i need to know how the SEC verifies these suspensions...like do they call the CEO and ask if they are active atleast

And that is where I have a huge issue with the SEC on this suspension.

EVERY stock is pumped (including TSLA, AMZN, NFLX, etc). Are you saying that TSLA could be suspended because a group is pumping them? Of course not. So there is more to it than just that.

Why didn't they suspend this stock (and many others) while they were dormant for years? Why are they doing it now? Because retailers are starting to make money? They waited until the price appreciated, and THEN they suspended the stock.

It always seems to be the retail investor that is hurt. When the 2008 Great Recession happened, it was the banks and large corporations that got bailed out (while millions of people lost their homes). Now with the #MEMEWARS, it is once again retailers that are made out to be the villains (instead of the naked shorters that were breaking the law).

This just isn't moral...
