You say 45, I say 40. Let's call it 42.5 not a big deal, nah you can have the five. Fine 45M float, where they claim then than 31M is tightly held, leaving the 14 million free trading. Volume has been low, it trades like there are 10-20 million actually free trading. I agree there has been selling, no doubt, past couple months. But this feels like the bottom to me, we shall see.
