No! It won't work as you described. The Authorized shares will be changed from 5 billion to about 400 million or so. The rest will unfold most likely next week.
Remember Aero needs FCCN more then FCCN needs Aero and I suspect Aero sort out FCCN. Ask yourself why, and why new management. It is obivious that Aero is very successful as a business.
