Because I can read. Anyone that can read and understand what the 10q and 8k says would know there will be no share reduction at all. I have explained this to you 10 times or more now. The float will depend on how many dividend shares are converted. After 16 years we have to assume some of the holders wrote them off as a tax credit. So for the 100th time the float can not be calculated given the current numbers because obviously billions of shares have been converted and sold which can be verified by the volume since Lazar increased the AS.

I will not waste my time explaining this again!!!!!
