Would there be a reason not to file with or update CO SoS in the name of transparency? Nope.

The names you reference are standard filings but the principle address at CO SoS still lists Maddox's primary business address on the opening page. Now why not update that address unless you are running some kind of scam that is highly noted for this shell. Maddox is known for renting this shell out to scammers.
