IMO penny break+ coming on continued company validations and verifications. IMO- this is testing all new HOY by midweek and significantly higher if we are so fortunate to see reinstatement or company communication.
Furthermore - it would appear that mining operations can be connected to these names involved and I have a very good feeling this is far better than most folks realize.
