That's funny cause much of that was me offloading about 100k shares taking some profit off the table.
As I said, I averaged down to about 0.13-.15 per share and have been in for well over a year.
A few weeks ago, after the announcement of the halfway mark of the completion Reg A offering, I started reserving funds to make a big purchase cause my original thesis tells me (and still does) that the dilution will bring this down.
Unfortunately for my thesis, we got a huge pop (oddity)on Tuesday and tested this thesis. I still hold this thesis and am taking profits in the hope to buy back in later.
If we assume a stagnant valuation range, which seems very likely without any other real news on the horizon, then an extra 40mil shares should bring this down quite a lot.
I agree with the sentiment of buckyboy that overall long term this is great news, but from a PPS/trading perspective I think many penny traders are going to be weary of buying in a 0.45-0.7 only to see this drop and stay in the 0.15-0.30 range for several months.
