The ceo said the $2 bil market cap is based on a fully functional recycling plant producing his projected revenue. Currently there is no plant. To get all this stuff done they are doing more dilution, lots more dilution which will increase the OS significantly as well as float. CEO said $2bil market cap is based on plant producing revenue. As the OS increases simply divide 2 bil by the ever increasing OS to get the decreased stock price. This is based on what ceo said about 2 bil valuation of fully functional revenue producing plant. I see a massive rs in this stocks future.
