just theories here so by all means dismiss if you wish....
the dividend you just need to be in plma for 1/30 to get the dividend (it might be the 31st I really don't care nor remember at this point, the divvy means squat to me).
The company has a NOBO list which if it shows a decent short position coupled with the dividend (the divvy being shares in a company that are restricted for a year possibly - tougher to short i would think), a few home sales, etc. we could get a good run here & maybe a short squeeze.
That is enough speculation for a day.
It could all be bullsh^t too so by all means remember the dismiss part.
