Two thoughts I'd like your take on.

What would be the benefit to the PCTL CEO to keep the SP down? You repeatedly state it's the CEO doing this with a purpose.

Where are you seeing drinking water sold at 40-50 dollars a gallon?

True HOCL is not straight from pipe, but the price differential is quite substantial.
