More creative toxic financing with same lender as before with language written in for next RS. Series B shares not effected by RS but adjusts the shares that have been converted after RS. Same toxic death spiral financing that has kept this from going to .25 & beyond. Relentless dilution that will keep us channeling until buy out or some amazing news that blows through dilution with volume like before. When the diluting MM's back off the ask this stock runs. Continued management decisions that don't benefit shareholders. Mr. Incompetent CEO Tim Warbington is a moron and definitely no Tim Dixon!
