Yeah, you're probably right.

The stock's been up a whopping 37 days with no real catalyst, who could ask for more?

But it's only "up" from abysmally low levels. When you're near rock-bottom, almost everything looks elevated.

For anyone who came along after September, this probably looks great.

But for those of us suffering PTSD after the collapse of the first pot bubble, it looks like an IED blew Halo to pieces around the globe - Canada, California, Oregon, Lesotho, Malta, UK.
