let me put it this way .. another OTC *target*
blew the doors off recently and again today .. PPS wise ..

it's been pretty clear that there is *interest* in PTOI (stock)
and has been (volume wise) for last 8 weeks (give or take a week)

NR (non retail) reveals patterns on PTOI et al *targets*

i tend to focus on the easy stuff .. *volume* avgs & DRS %s
but there are other factors worth tracking too .. imo
as in .. which MMs get the *decoy* call for the PRIMARY .. ;)
and of course the signaling that is just rampant these days .. lol
