Your welcome - in helping to come to closure on the reverse. Oh, and for the record, the reverse wasn't a false rumore - they filed and 8k for a 1.000:1 reverse and updated the status on the 10q. Glad I kept questioning the reverse which was (finally) brought to a closure today. Yes, your are welcome:)
