"They" who? If you mean the consumer, then yes. With all new TFN carriers they have a free preview of the channel before the consumer has to pay for it...

Was TFN allowed some gratis air time just to introduce itself to the public? If so, is that free time (offered to TFN, not its customers) expended so that TFN will have to pay for whatever air time it offers in the future?
