Personally I think the company desires to be debt free from here on out. The sells over the last 2 days have been in waves. I think the company...and rightfully so...is cashing in some of the S-3 shares to finance the building now that they are ready to start digging. Although some may see this as bad dilution...I see it as smart dilution in the eyes of the CEO. Self funded...if you build it they will come! The stock has been resilient and bounced back 1/2 of its losses each day. I bet we see green for a few if they are done. I'll check in on share structure tomorrow.
