I don’t see much of anything going on here on this ticker, I t’s been dead for quit awhile. That said, private equity investing is real & NetCapital is definitely a player in the field. Time will tell if they can bring share holder value. PS I’m still a disgruntled share holder because this had all the makings for an epic penny runner pre split

I think the next filing will be an eye opener.

I think it will look good on paper gains, but not
have the cash earnings that have been promised,

.. and frankly should be expected from a company that just got
bought for $20M

Sometimes this board reminds be of the cannabis boards,
... and what passes for DD is laughable.

NCPL has a great story and potential, but so far, execution has been
lacking.

I urge everyone to remain skeptical after what was pulled with the
reverse split / merger and with loans that were taken out.

Hopefully, the next filing shows where this is headed.
