Yes it is even though not mandatory for pinks as long as they keep communication open with the OTCM Group

But a filing or two would really solidify GNGR

Just keep in mind it's filings season and may take a couple weeks for them to process it/// lol, you'd think the OTC is run by the gov LOL!
