Your Gambling on them doing that versus buying now full well knowing it bottomed at .001 and is trading sideways healthy or has consolidated to these levels and holding... what if your theory of buying lower and waiting is wrong?? People Gambled on not Purchasing at .001 and missed a 10 bagger 2 times!!! What if your theory translates to people buying and holding their shares and the buying pressures from those shares and others purchasing with the right market conditions and news creates a Bottle neck of Support for Demand making the shares shoot higher?? Look at Phot... look at Trtc... look at INND... all three have TERRIBLE EARNINGS REPORTS! All three file late. 2 with the exception of phot have BAD MANAGEMENT and have screwed shareholders.
