This seems very similar to lazars qutr RM, it is now the US presence(LA, California) for a well established company with offices in Hong Kong and UK.
SamTradeFX is already established elsewhere and is simply establishing a US presence.

Looks like no one is listening to him then. Down day and we hover in this range until the next action by the company moves us up again. It’s an opposition to consolidate, cool off and buy more while you can at a cheaper price. The next round we will move to the 3.5-4.5 range.
