IF they had to dilute a bit (and it's small given the MASSIVE daily volumes this has been trading) but those funds are PAYING AUDITORS and LEGAL and CPA's to get SEC CURRENT = ALL WORTH IT AS AN "INVESTMENT" and ROI as the share price will go proportionally higher on PINK CURRENT = money and a few dilution shares wisely spent IMO !!
