It is a great place to live with warm weather year round and my rent is only $250 a month for a small but adequate size condo. Add about $30 for utilities (electric and water...internet is free provided by the condo) and with inexpensive food and medical care (I don't have health insurance as it's expensive and can't use Medicare here) and it's as good as I could hope for. And most doctors are trained in the US and speak some English because I'm in my 70's and can't learn Thai. People are beautiful here outside and inside. Thanks! tuna
