US trial...no one truly knows at this point

As good a summary as any. We can answer the question "Why Russia?"
pretty simply. It will be very inexpensive to conduct a trial in Russia, and Russia has a highly educated and plentiful medical sector. There is no need to speculate on the vast practical/political/social/moral downsides. Leo is hopefully saving money with at least 1/2 of the study. I am speculating again, but Leo did not have the money to do all 120 here in the US, so he can do at least 1/2 more cheaply in Russia. Como no?
